🏋️ Workout Volume Tracker
How To Use Our Workout Volume Tracker?
To use the workout tracker, start by adding an exercise with the “Add Exercise” button. Give it a name like Pushups or Squats, and it will appear in your list with a default goal of 50 reps. Each time you complete a rep, click “+1 Rep” to log your progress. You can change your goal anytime by adjusting the number in the box next to the exercise. A progress bar below the exercise name will automatically update to show your percentage toward the goal.
Your progress is saved automatically in your browser using localStorage, so you don’t need to worry about losing your data when you close or refresh the page. You can reset an exercise’s count with the “Reset” button or remove it completely with the ❌ button. This tool helps you visually track your workout volume and stay consistent with your goals — all without needing an account or an internet connection. You will need a connection to first load the page though!
Does This Workout Volume Tracker Tool Log Any Information?
No — this tool does not log or send any information anywhere. Everything stays entirely on your device.
Here’s how it works: when you add exercises or log reps, the data is saved only inside your browser using something called localStorage. That means it’s stored privately on your computer (in your browser’s memory) and never uploaded, shared, or transmitted to any server. The workout tracker has no online connection or tracking code — it simply reads and writes data locally so your progress is remembered when you come back later.
In short: your data stays yours — 100% private, secure, and stored only on your own browser.
If I Leave This Page Will The Tracker Save My Exercises?
Yes — your exercises and progress will stay saved even if you leave the page or close your browser.
That’s because the tracker uses your browser’s localStorage, which keeps the data saved permanently (until you manually delete it or clear your browser data). So when you return to the same webpage later — even after restarting your computer — your exercises, goals, and rep counts will still be there, exactly as you left them.
The only time your data would disappear is if you:
- Clear your browser’s cache or site data,
- Use a private/incognito window (which deletes localStorage after closing), or
- Visit the tracker from a different browser or device.
Otherwise, everything stays safely stored on your device.
Do I need To Make An Account To Use This Workout Tracker?
No — you don’t need to make an account to use this workout tracker.
Everything runs completely in your browser, so there’s no signup, login, or personal information involved. The tracker saves your exercises and progress locally on your device using your browser’s built-in storage, not an online database. That means your workouts stay private, and you can start using it right away without creating an account.
Why Is Your Workout Volume Tracker Free?
We love calisthenics and hate apps and websites that force you to make accounts, spam us with emails, try to sell upgraded plans, or shove their products in your face. This tracker solved our issue and we wanted to release it publicly for everyone to use. If your goal is a full planche, first pull up, a 10 second handstand, anything. We wanted to build a workout tracker that doesn’t have any fluff and lets you track your workout volume. When it comes to training, we heavily lean on grease the groove and high volume skill work so having a tracker to manage accumulation throughout the day makes training athletes and our own training much simpler.
