Equipment, supplements, and training resources for people who train with their own bodyweight. Based in Canada and built to make calisthenics easier to start and more fun to stick with.
Why We Started Calisthentials
Calisthentials started in Windsor, Ontario with a simple goal: to build a community around calisthenics and bodyweight training in an area where it doesn’t exist.
We want everybody to feel comfortable in their own body, no matter what their fitness level is, and to build real confidence through movement and more importantly, having fun training.
Calisthenics should be fun, not intimidating. You don’t need fancy equipment to get started, but the right gear opens up more places and more ways to train. That’s why we carry the essentials like wooden gymnastics rings, wooden parallettes, collagen supplements, and a calisthenics clothing line. Every equipment order is labeled, packaged and shipped by our team from Windsor, with free shipping to Canada and the USA.
The information on our blog and training tools will always be free. We want to emphasize the accessibility of the sport by giving our insight away as a resource for anyone to look at and refer to at any time.
Who’s behind Calisthentials
We’re a team of athletes and coaches who train calisthenics and gymnastics ourselves. Some of us have been chasing the same skills for years, and we’ve made plenty of mistakes along the way.
Everything on this site comes from that training: the guides on our calisthenics blog, the free fitness tools, the gear we carry and the coaching we offer. We share what worked for us, and what didn’t, so you can progress faster and skip the mistakes we made.
Based in Windsor, Ontario
Calisthentials is proud to be part of the local fitness scene. In January 2025 we had our first booth at the Windsor Fitness, Health & Beauty Expo, and in January 2026 we came back as a vendor and helped host the fitness contest. Members of our team also helped start the Windsor Calisthenics Club, which meets every Sunday. If you’re local, come train with us.
