This website is run by Calisthentials, based in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. You can reach us at contact@calisthentials.com.
2. Products and pricing
We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Prices are set in US dollars (USD) and are shown and charged in your local currency where available, converted at current exchange rates. Prices can change without notice. Prices don’t include applicable taxes, which are added at checkout. If a product is listed at the wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud. You’ll get an email confirmation once your order is accepted.
4. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are handled securely by our payment providers, and we never store your full card details.
5. Shipping

6. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy.
7. Using our equipment safely
Calisthenics training carries a risk of injury. Use all equipment as instructed, check it before each use, and train within your ability. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise program. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for injuries caused by misuse or improper installation of our products.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, and logos, belongs to Calisthentials or its licensors and can’t be reused without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your use of the site.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
