Where we ship
We ship to Canada, the USA, and most countries worldwide.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders to Canada and the USA. Orders to other countries pay a flat international shipping fee of US$14.99, plus US$20 if the order includes small equipment (chalk, tape, wrist wraps, jump ropes, resistance bands or collagen) or US$45 if it includes large equipment (gymnastics rings, parallettes, ab wheel, gym bag or backpack). Only the highest fee applies, and the exact total is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed within up to 30 days before they ship. Some items are made to order, so processing time can vary by product.
Delivery times
Canada and the USA: up to 90 days after your order ships.
Rest of the world: up to 180 days after your order ships.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status in My Account.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be charged customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged, or hasn’t arrived within 7 days after the expected delivery date, email us at contact@calisthentials.com with your order number and we’ll help sort it out.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
